Remo Black Suede heads

Ah they're supposed to be pretty good, I've got my eye on a set of ebony pinstripes Although like you I have never actually heard how good they are.

I've got clear pinstripes at the moment but I'm not happy with them as they resonate to much I would just get coated but I was considering these as an alternative.

If your problem is them resonating to much then I'd suggest buying some moon gel. Awesome stuff £6 ish comes in packs of four, so you might need to buy a second pack. If they start to loose their stickiness then wash them with warm soapy water. I too have pinstripe clears and with the moongel they sound quality now.

I use moongel and dampening rings lol. There is just there is no deep tone, just the ring of the heads.
