Plastic rivets? Sorry it's a caravan question......

I know I should be shot for posting about a caravan on PH but I think is is really more a a generic question about rivet fasteners.

I am doing some winter tidying of our caravan with jobs such as replacing the waste outlets and the plug holders on the a-frame cover. The question is how are they fastned on? They look to be fixed with plastic type rivets which I have never come across before. I can't for the life of me find where to buy replacement rivets like this.
