Where can I get thick static cling film to hold tax disks?

I know I can get tax disk holders with static cling surrounds and car makes stamped in the middle, but where can I get just plain, clear static cling holders - heavier grade than the common kitchen stuff?

I want a square or two to hold in my Swiss road tax stickers - if I loose my windscreen, I loose my collection of passes!
