Lunch recommendation

Hi all

I'm picking up a car from London next Saturday and I've driving to Stranraer. I need to be there for my 7.50pm boat. So I'm looking for somewhere to eat on the way, think Little Chef but better food!

Any suggestions, I'll be sticking to the motorways obviously.

I'll be starting at Stansted airport at around 10am. To be honest, something like decent put grub that isn't far away from the motorway - I think I'll be mostly on the M6.
