Fantastic!! Since owning mine I've had the engine and gearbox out, replaced the clutch, had the turbos rebuilt, wrapped the exhaust, stripped the interior and dash out, and practically re-wired the thing
Re-sealing the floor is the next big thing
There's a certain masochistic pleasure in all of that though isn't there?

Sorry, the build manual is an owners only item as it contains sensitive security information. Why people keep mentioning it on an open forum I don't know
It doesn't contain anything useful for buying a car though, so I wouldn't worry too much Max.
Okey dokes, interested to see how they're put together, helps me to understand what to look for, but I understand your point.

Keep the pictures coming, very interesting!

Phil, my undersstanding is that anyone wanting this document would first need to first pass through your web portal's vetting procedure. Surely the document's existence isn't secret - only its access is restricted, no?

True, but you don't have to deal with the loads of people trying to register, owner or not...
Ah, I've tried to register, do you need to be an owner to do so? (apologies if I missed that)Nothing sinister, just trying to learn before I buy.

Rusted right through due to the fact the exhaust was rubbing on it ,have cut it out and will bolt a new stainless piece next to it so it misses the exhaust !!!
Is it not worth at this point removing the cross beam and manufacturing a bolt in version so if at any point the gearbox needs to be removed you only need to remove the bar and not the engine?I would.
Bondy
Ooops, Sorry I thought the engine was out, my bad.
