Does anyone have the factory figures for the camber/caster of the TVR Cerbera 4.5 2001? My car is on 18s alloys and 235 in front 255 at the back. I need to make a wheel allignment and because i live in Cyprus no one have idea what is a Cerbera!

IMHO Caster is the most important thing to get right at the front of a Cerb

Caster more important than camber? That's an unusual view.

I like to be different smile.

I think its responsible for most of the tramlining problems in the Cerb though. Very small , and I mean very small changes seem to make a big difference to my car.

I would agree. The Cerb steering doesn't self centre well and Caster plays a big part in this.

Set the caster too close to vertical and I would have thought it would pull to where-ever the tramlines led rather than trying to retain a straight ahead.

Adjusting camber means playing musical washers to set more or less of it?

Worse than that, slacken bolts, and move. No finesse to it at all.

Yeah, the top ball joint mounting holes are slotted in the top wishbone, this adjusts the camber.

Is the caster adjusted by selecting different washers either side of the top ball joint mounting holes?? Anyone describe a practical method of caster adjustment?

Rich.
