Looking for an Estoril Blue M3 Cabro

New here, as cant find a decent M3 owners club (unless anyone can recommend one)
Well finally making the jump to something a little bit practical, yet still fun. Ive got the VX220 up for sale, and a couple of viewings next week, so with a bit of luck ill have the cash very soon. Im a bit picky on what i want tho, It has to be an Estoril Blue, cabro with grey leather, manual and fully loaded. 2002 - 2004 preferably with under 60k on the clock. Ive a max budget of 15k, am i being realistic on getting a good one for this, also if anyone has one for sale .......
