Paketa watches

Anybody heard of these watches. I notice they aren't expensive but I like the idea of the 24 hour dial just for something different. I know their are some good russian watches out there but as something different for very little money whats your thoughts.

In case it helps the Cyrillic P is usually rendered R - google Raketa

Yep, sometimes it can get confusing, Wostok is Vostok for example.
I have a cheap Soviet Slava, timekeeping isn't exactly split second accurate, but very cheap to buy, and they have a little more of the interest factor than whatever else you could get for £20.
