In the paper yesterday. A motorist had slid in the ice and hit a bank of snow.
He went into his work nearby to get help to move his car and by the time he got back he had been clamped and had to a fine of £125.
Ouf local train station car park were issuing parking fines last week to motorists who had not parked exactly in the marked bays. This is normal practise in our NCP station car park. The problem was that due to the snow the bay marking was not visable and the car park was half empty.
My view of this behaviour is the people/companies issuing these tickets should be fined for abuse of power and loose their so called license. Its a joke and we shouldnt put up with it but we do.
