Can anyone offer a bit of advice?? My wife has a buy-eye 2001 WRX with a Moretti headlamp conversion. Apart from the fact they seem not very bright / good generally, she has a problem with the main beam. Been to the garage twice, spent a fortune and they still do not work properly. if you select main beam, nothing happens. The big lower driving lights illuminate, so the switch does work. Just got the car back from garage, it all seemed to work fine for about 10 minutes. Then when i selected main beam, it had about a one second delay until the main beams illuminated. (obviously no good when using flasher!) Then they stopped working again. But this time when selected it switched off the nearside headlight too!!! I have come to the assumption that the garage hasn't a clue, said it was a relay the first time. Assumed they did the same the second time, but it worked for about 10 minutes. Is there a known fault with this conversion? Will a Subaru dealer sort it out ( is it an approved conversion) ?

Can't offer an specific advice, but one of my previous cars came with Morette lights when I bought it.

The connections on the back are pretty poor, and cheaply made (or were on the Ford ones!). I had a few evening's grief trying to sort these out, and in the end had to re-wire them.

I also upgrade the headlight bulbs to give more light, which seems to help.
