Everything is Broken!

Came in to work and it's freezing.
Boiler is dead.

Turned on the photocopier.
Photocopier is dead.

Logged in to my computer
Email is dead.

Turned on the pressure washer.
Pressure washer is dead.

According to my desktop weather station, the office is a tropical 10 degrees C.

Anyone else suffering at work with no heating?

Isn't there some sort of minimum temperature legislation for the workplace?
