Suggestions for a motoring related Stag Do in August?

Ok, so i'm getting married in September and would like to have a motoring related stag do if possible. It feels as if I should try and have it reasonably close to the wedding hence my suggestion of August.
Ideas my best man and I have thought of but are too early in the year are Le Mans and `Rock Am Ring` or whatever that rock festival at the Nurburgring is called.
Criteria:
Around August time
On a weekend,
Somewhere reasonably easy to get to from Blighty
Have a ready supply of beer on site or at least nearby
All ideas gratefully received. Even the completely inappropriate ones

sziget festival in budapest, on an island in the danube. charges £10 a day to get in so you're not tied into the whole week. hoon there, drink and chase totty, hoon back via the 'ring.

came back via the Ring or play around the Austrian Alps. Grossglockner is quite amazing. http://www.grossglockner.at/en/ South Germany is local, with the spa towns dotted all over the place.

Problem is not all the attendees have cars suited for a hoon (although people could bundle into other's cars...) Long way from Newcastle though so would require an epic drive to try and get there and back without too much holiday time (need to save it for the honeymoon).

if distance is an issue i'd just get a ferry over to scandinavia. there's bound to be something on.

Cannonball style race - visiting strip clubs on the way to the coast...
3 people per car 2+ cars, destination with arrival time (Dinner/dancing girls booked), no rules - could even add 'Buy a snotter to do it in' type shenanigans and each other team has to decorate in different taste (A little like the TG American episode).
Bit of fun - Stays in UK, so no language barrier - very blokish and cars and girls involved.

The 2CV race - you can race your own I presume? Do you have to prep it etc. yourself? Could be expensive..
Renting dirt bikes = great idea. I wonder if there are quads to rent for the losers who can't ride bikes?

Last time round in Bratislava i bought a round of 25 pints for around £35! Ended up in a strip bar in Prague and of course, the Hofbrauhaus in Munich. You've never tasted been until you've have a Hofbrau Stein!

Pick a seventies Grand Prix year. Then find out all of the sponsors for the cars and events, and organise an evening to drink, smoke and eat all of the sponsor products that are still available today.
Location - who cares. Try to find a year with a hangover cure sponsor for the next day.

I typed 1978 (year of birth) Grand Prix sponsors into google and the first one I stumbled upon was Warsteiner! Brilliant!Location - who cares. Try to find a year with a hangover cure sponsor for the next day.
