VXR8 Drive Belt (aircon)

Drive belt for the aircon popped off the pulleys on my Carbon the other week and got caught behind the main belt. Only noticed when I popped the bonnet to show a mate the SC! Glad I did now...

Cut it off to avoid it possibly snagging main belt running the SC and everything else. Got it replaced at my local (non trained for R8) Vauxhall MasterFit, but afterwards they mentioned the tensioner didnt feel particularly strong.

I'm hoping it doesnt pop off again but just wondered if anyone else has suffered anything similar.
