BBC poltical bias?
Discussion
This morning I felt compeleld to email Victoria Derbyshire during her Radio 5 show. They had been broadcasting the Treasury Select Committee sideshow, and I'd just heard the Chairman of that committee ask the ex-bankers what their qualifications were.
Clearly a stupid question.
My email to Victoria suggested that I don't think there is a formal 'qualification' in banking. What qualifications did the members of the Treasury Select Committee have to be on the Treasury Select Committee?
I then added to my email that Gordon brown had no formal qualifications to become Chancellor - and that he'd never even run a business (or even a departmetn within a business), yet he was running an economy.
My point is that she read out on air all the bit about the select committee, but strangely decide to expurgate my example pertaining to Gordon Brown.
I guess the BBC is not allowed to allow listeners to question the one eyed Scotch idiot.
