fk.

st.

I have had 'a couple' and walked past the shop on the way home.

Kebab shop shut, so bought the only thing i could find.

A Rustlers burger.

It gets worse, i have actually eaten it.

I know i have only got myself to blame.

I think i would have been better off trying to find a piece of stale bread and scraping up some dog st.

Does anyone eat these things and actually enjoy them?

Zero to feeling like st in 70 seconds

Wouldn't say they were that bad but would never purposely buy one.

If you know what I mean.

A couple of my mates have, on more than one occasion, actually gone to the shop specifically to buy one....

I've bought them... by choice.

Usually when we're having an all day piss-up and it's crap weather/too cold for a BBQ, they're cheap and they fill you up.

Then again, I'm a student so I can eat all kinds of rubbish, tastebuds haven't quite developed yet clearly! biggrin

I have learnt from past experiences to always have some of this on standby:

It makes them almost edible.

Best to cook decent food at the weekend and freeze it. When you come home from the pub, nuke the good stuff rather than eat the rubbish stuff.

Mind you I don't have a kebab shop on my route home from the pub. I might be tempted by a big kebab with extra chilli sauce yum

Was in Tesco's one day near the burgers in question and was saying the OH you would have to be mad, desperate or damn right lazy to eat one of these, just as i finished a women walked in front of us and filled her trolley with about 10 of them, i kinda felt bad cos she surely must have heard what i said, the OH was just laughing.

I can honestly say i have never had one, but a good old Kebab with lots of chilli sauce and salad on is the way forwards!smile

Got into work one morning really hungover needing junk. The bakery had a huge queue and the only hot thing I could get was Rustlers. Worst bit was it was BOGOF so I had the burger with a spicy rib burger thing. Even hungover and on verge of death I ate both and they were the most tastless junk of all time!

Do they come out ready to eat or do you have to microwave or cook them elsewhere?

We used to eat them very occasionally at uni before a night out - basically an alcohol sponge! Definitely only microwave the burger though, and grill the bun smile

I found some more information. http://springwise.com/food_beverage/pizza_vending_...

Get this, the pizzas are frozen using a special process. Once they’ve been thawed and placed in the machine, they have a shelf-life of 12 days. Standard varieties are Cheese, Vegetables and Ham, but other varieties can be produced on request (minimum order is 39,000 pizzas). Using a high-intensity toaster oven cooking process, Wonderpizzas are heated upon order and delivered fast and hot at a suggested retail price of USD 5–6.
