This is a leaflet about Crossrail, the train thing, that goes across somewhere. London I presume. So in order to cater for what are presumably retards, window-lickers, whatever you might call them, they have produced an "Easy Read" version. Honestly, if as much energy was spent trying to educate people as is spent on pandering to bloody stupid PC bullst dreamt up by some clown in a non-job who would be unemployable in the private sector...

The Government Minister agrees with Crossrail
and will help the Crossrail Bill to go through
Parliament. Work might start on building Crossrail
when Parliament has agreed it.

Such as the complete fkwits that wrote the thing?

"It will mean less cars and pollution."

No. It won't. It might mean fewer cars and less pollution though.

Like it or not there is a sizeable proportion of our population who through no fault of their own do not possess the same level of intellect as the average person. It probably took no more than a couple of days of someone's time to produce that, and if it benefits such people so they are more able to participate in our society, then I don't see what the problem is.

Fantastic, can every document please be presented in this format from now on.

Is this aimed at 9 year olds or their illiterate parents?

I like the £8.3b and £8.30 billion (shown next to a small pile of money, which look like dollars), why the extra 0 after the 3? Are they trying to confuse people?
