Aids for selling 05 MCS - Warranty / TLC XL ?

I am thinknig of selling the 05 Mini Cooper S which I have, 50k miles, FMSH (all from Sandal), white, Chilli Pack, Sunroof, folding mirrors, LSD (the diff, not a boot full of drugs) new brakes, tyres (oe), suspension bushes, and as it is coming upto 4 years, i was thinking to make it more "saleable" I would add;
TLC XL - upto 8 Years Old / 80,000 miles Servicing including inspection 2 (plugs/filters/oil) / Brake Fluid / 1 More oil service)
1 Year extented MINI Comprehensive Warranty (includes European Breakdown)
1 Years Tax
Full MOT
Basically everything that a delaer would provide
Do people think that adding the above will aid when selling - I ahve an idea of price, and am being realistic.
The Car has been regularly valeted, never had a Good Hand Job (unlike its owner) and will also come with 1 years Swiss Vignette.

I'd be worried that people will still buy from a dealer even if you offer them everything the dealer would offer - they'd still feel more secure with a dealer. Alternatively sell all the LSD in the boot and keep the mini!
