just picked up the new JLC catalogue, been promising to buy myself one for my 30th birthday as no one loves me enough to buy one for me

picking just one is easier said than done.

Hehe! I'm in the same position, struggling to decide on 'the' watch to spend my hard earned cash on ... and it'll most likely be the last watch I purchase for awhile!

So far I'm looking at the Omega Planet Ocean 42mm (orange dial), Tag Heuer Link Automatic Chronograph with polished tachymeter bezel, various Carrera chronographs, various Aquaracer's and an Oris Williams F1 Chronograph 2008! Hmmm ...

It'll most likely be the PO though smile

Good luck with you deciding!

Looking at the brochures and the deliberating is almost as good as when you get he watch. Almost wink

And I thought it was just me that went through this arduous process...phew I am 'normal' after all !

Do it! You're right, though, choosing will be pretty tricky. I personally love this one, and I consider it to be great value. I also saw, for the first time, the master control geographic, which didn't take too long to mesmerize me. Ensure lots of pictures are taken and posted!

thats the one i like most also.

although the choices dont end there, do i want it with the leather strap and pink gold case? or leather and stainless steel case? or the whole thing in stainless steel? this could get expensive.

I got a vintage Heuer Monaco from my wife for my 30th birthday, which was a nice surprise. Definitely a good time in life to spend some on a nice watch.......

JLC??? Each to their own I suppose. I'm loving Anonimo at the moment and think that one of their watches will be my next purchase. biggrin

i'd quite like one of these

but it being limited to 1500 pieces and me finding the money are the 2 main things standing in my way smile
