Hi Guys
Need your help here. Im in the process of buying a g spyder privately.

Car is a 2007 56 plate, 11,000miles, black on black

Is it true pre 2008 cars only have 2 year warranty? hes offering with the car a 12 month warranty including clutch which was replaced in 2007. Its due a 15k service in july, how much is that?

Spec wise its got SAT NAV, TV, XENON HEADLIGHTS, 19" LAMBORGHINI ALLOYS, ELECTRIC FOLDING MIRRORS, CLIMATE CONTROL, CD MULTI CHANGER.

Trying to do a deal on 75k, what do you guys think? also thinking of getting it inspected, can you recommend best possible place to do this?

Sorry for the basic questions but first supercar purchase....................

Any advice and tips would greatfully appreciated
Thanks

£75K seems good to me. Is it e-gear?
Me only slight reservation would be the amount of black!

How is a private seller offering a warranty? And if it's from a warranty company, how does it cover the clutch (which is wear and tear)? Sounds a bit odd?

We are still nagotiating at the moment but thats my target price, being a private seller i think he wants to get rid.

Is it best to get it inspected by lambo? do they offer such a service and how much?

Lambo warranty should be 3 yrs, no matter what age. £75k would be a pretty good price i think.

Odd about the clutch? I've pretty much decided on a Spyder as my next purchase, is there a buyers guide for the Gallardo anywhere?

Good luck with your search - please see a similar post today where I've been told you can't get a glass engine lid on a Spyder... frown

Took mine to lamborghini high wycombe as its my nearest service centre and they gave it a once over for me inc checking the clutch wear and everything was fine (07 spider)
Always best to get a health check before purchasing as im sure everyone on here will agree.
Its my 1st lamborghini but not my first supercar.
