Should I keep my Sub or chop it in?

I love my 16610 Sub and almost everyone says that if you only ever buy one Rolex, make it this one, but it's the oly watch in my collection that I think about replacing with something else. It's not the lack of wear, because there are only a couple of watches that I wear on a daily basis but maybe it's down to the fact that it is the obvious choice. My tastes have changed and most of my watches are a bit different and a bit special. The trouble is, what other sports watch can I get for £2k that will hold its value but has that spark of something special at the same time? Any ideas?

How about an IWC Aquatimer 2000, especially as they are replacing the range this summer. May appeal as its not an 'obvious' watch - cool though!
