Gran Torino - Im excited

Just seen the trailers for this - cant wait.

Especially seeing as Clint directed it aswell.

Lets hear it for Eastwood pls....

Best film I've seen for a while!

Better than The Wrestler and Slumdog Millionare, and those were good films!

Clint Eastwood is excellent in it!!

I thought it was good, very "Eastwood" with some great lines in there. Worth watching.

Oddly enough, me and the wife watched this at 3:40am this morning..don't ask, we're both off with man/lady flu...we enjoyed it, bit like "Dirty Harry: The Family Man" and there was some good one liners...however, we were doped up on lemsip and nurofen, so this may have affected our judgement.

It was an excellent film!

I thought there were some very decent performances in it. Clintwood was excellent as the ultimate grumpy old man.

But without wanting to give too much plot away, the storyline seemed lifted from an old (Eastwood) western.

To be honest the prospect of watching anything else directed by Clint Eastwood makes me cringe.

Mystic River was decent but Flags of Our Fathers was very dissapointing and then we get onto Million Dollar Baby, frankly one of the worst films I have ever had the misfortune of being a witness to. Awful awful film.

I shant be bothering with Gran Torino, maybe when it's on TV

It can't be that bad? it got 4 oscars, including best film.

I still haven't seen it, keep missing it when it's on TV.

There is a rather nice Gran Torino in the film, but it's hardly featured! It's quite important in shaping the film, though!

A couple minutes throughout the entire film, maybe! Only driven once, maybe twice.

It's really not in it for long!
