Just brought a jcw - need a few things

Hi guys, new to the fold.
Got the car home and realized that it didn't have a wheel nut adapter for the 18s. It seems that 3 are a star-like shape and one is a bigger nut. Looks like odd bolts. Does any1 know where and how much I can get the adapters for?
Also the passenger side mirror magnifies thing way too much! It must have been changed. Where the beat place 2 get this replaced and how much?

Sounds like one of the locking wheels nuts has a cover on it...?

As for the glass I am not sure all depends if it is heated or not.
