Hi there

Im wondering if anyone here could tell me how saturated is the HIP market . Would like to train as a HIP provider ( not Domestic Energy Assesor )

They are asking me for £1000 Hip's training and Personal search training. At the end of the course I will be able to provide Domestic HIPs

Would I be able to sell 4-8 Hip's a week or is this going in the same way as DEA ( really over saturated market )

Would like to make £50 on each Hip, is this feasible ?

I would say that....
a) Anything to do with property is such a good idea at the moment?
b) That HIPs are doomed? or so I have heard from a local estate agent

Have you got any property/construction experience (Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Estate Agency, etc)?

If not, I'd suggest that the market for HIPs providers is pretty saturated at present. In any case, the margins on providing HIPs must be pretty thin in any case: you'd have to work like a dog to make a living!

Without wanting to sound cynical, it might be more lucrative to become a property auctioneer or a repo man with the way the economy is at the minute frown

i agree with the above, a few friends got into this a while ago as a second income. If you can tie ytourself in with a good agent then you can make half decent money but it is a long process and the future is definitely not rosey for HIP's from what i have heard.
Although i'm sure it will be replaced with something equally as pointless!
