when purchasing a t350 should you be looking for a re built one like the tuscan?

The BHP should be 350 and yes they do a RR version of the T350 but there's not many about.

Many Tuscans are 4.0, while only a handful of T350s have that engine.

The word on PH is that the 3,6 is more reliable than the 4.0. I couldn't comment. Both engines produce similar BHP, the 4.0 produces more torque.
