I bought this:

Got it home today, and love it. Hate the tinted windows tho (cant see a thing reversing in the dark!)

Stereo with Ipod connectivity first I reckon.

Enjoy the car. That's an unusual looking exhaust. Any other mods?

Anyone swapped the stereo out? Are they ISO plugs on the back?

Stereo???
Where's that then?
I usually open the window for my soundtrack... and if you can hear your stereo you ain't got a "fruity" exhaust!
do some searches as some recent threads on stereo's, all will be revealed.
oh and welcome

The car looks great ,love the exhausts and what a bargain with those miles. A huge amount of supercar for the money you paid.

Welcome to our nightmare Nice car. Can't say much for the dealers description though, RDS radio, adjustable headlights - pah! and WTF is a 'Chromeline Pack'?

Yes it does have ISO plugs, but with one difference, the Battery 12V (Live) and the Accessory 12V (switched) are reversed and may need to be swapped around if you fit a standard ISO plugged unit. Be aware that the head unit opening is larger than a standard double din and will need a fascia adapter to fit any single or double din HU. Also, the factory speakers are only about 15 - 20W and are 2 Ohm - so just about any aftermarket HU (and/or AMP) setup will need new spkrs aswell. The factory Subs and amp can be left in place unless you wish to replace them.

Great stuff, thanks for the info. Lots of conflicting info on the wiring to be found on the net.

Hi mate,

Lots of good Stereo info in the FAQ:
www.hsv.org.uk/topic.asp?t=291906&f=69&h=27

Previous poster is right though - yes it is an ISO connectore but the live and switched connections are reversed.

And welcome!
