Somewhat heavy-handed / inconsistent moderation

It somewhat beggars belief that I've just been banned from the P&P for a remark on the 'Dad at 13' thread - viz: '

How is that offensive given quotes which are alive and kicking in the 'Great sayings ordinary people use day to day' thread, such as 'sweating like a rapist', 'sweating like a paedophile in a kindergarten', or indeed, 'cum on her shoes and the flies did the rest'.

Mods. Show some consistency. Please.
