Broken window encoder

Well, was trying to get to the bottom of my passenger window and door opening issues and founs it. The section of the PCB that goes inside the window motor has completely come away from the board, Im going to have a go at sorting it as im pretty trick with a soldering iron + i have nothing to loose anyway if it all goes wrong. Anyone have a known good spare knocking about?

Just got back in from a blast and the drivers side is clicking when it gets to the top much worse that it was previously. Looks like im now after a driverside motor with encoder on.

I can then use the encoder from the damaged one on the passenger side.
