Why don't tennis players...
Discussion
I've been extensively studying pictures of Anna Kournikova, Maria Sharapova and Anna Ivanovic.
I if something was gaining my attention it wasn't their lopsidedness
(it was their massive shoulders....)

In all seriousness somebody who is a top athlete is actually more likely to be highly symmetric than somebody who isn't. As far as training goes all of their strength work is likely to be on both arms equally and just playing tennis won't build up that much in a way of muscle size (Nadal, Murray and the like generate muscles in the gym not by playing). They will however have much denser bones on their playing side and much more endurance as well.

A mate who plays tennis at county level has a dirty great right forearm, wider right hand and a huge lumpy muscle above his right elbow.
His left arm is as thin as a piece of string.
It may not be as noticeable on a pro who ought to be lifting weights. Having said that, you would notice the difference on my mate's arm unless he put both arms together.
