depends what you have done, just the clutch would be about 2500 and all the seals and bits would be up to 5k, I think the release bearing is a about 1k

Just a word of advice, if the clutch isn't slipping then you don't need to replace the whole unit, just the centre plate.
Don't let any sharp suited service bloke try and scam you otherwise.

And £2-3k is about right from a main dealer.
If it is an E-Gear, then don't let enyone else do it, as they will not set it up correctly.

Cheers,

Ruttboy.

The clutch is absolutely perfect (at the moment) but I know the minute I stick it on the Tunnel to France it will pack up on me, so my thinking is to change it now before it slips and causes any further damage,,,, it's been in 2 years and covered well over 10k but I am very kind to my clutches so am pleased it's lasted this long as Murci's do eat them (so I'm told !!!) it still feels as good as new but I'm not risking the trip to the Ring !! it will be freshly serviced, new rear tyres and new clutch and maybe a set of roadster wheels
and a fluffy dice cool

£1,000 for a clutch release bearing is totally scandalous.

I'd be looking to find out what else it's fitted to and buy there at the true worth of £50 absolute max.
