Anyone need to rent an apartment in New York from March ?

My good Texas lady has a very pretty Upper East side Manhattan apartment that should be available from the first.
All things going to plan we should be driving down the West coast of Africa (from London) so the place will be empty.

How much is it likely to cost for a place in NYC for a month or so? Just a small studio would be fine. Location is more important, Greenwich etc.

$1300 for something in a very good area. Most importantly near a Metro/Subway/Underground station. East 94th and 1st.
Drop me an email if you need more details or I can offer advice on the different areas of Manhattan.
