Service Kit & Which Engine Oil To Use?

As I work in a car garage my monaro will be getting an oil and filter change on quite a regular basis to say the least!

Just wondering where is best to get an oil filter and sump plug/washer from? Also what oil should I get to put in with a sc engine?
