As per the title, anyone been using this recently. We can't get any subscription stuff to open and haven't been able to for nearly a fortnight. After some to-ing and fro-ing with Sky they are now claiming its a problem everyone is having and not just us?

Is it still broke for anyone else, I can only see offline mode, only one movie on my library and it wasn't what I fancied.

I believe you need to download a plugin called kontiki or something. My pc was doing the same till i did and it was also saying the webpages license had expired and firewall was therefore blocking it so i have overidden that as well and seems to work fine now.

So are you now able to download the subscription content without it asking for you to upgrade your package?

There is a plugin called silverlight needed but I've already got that.
