wedge doors

Have just put my driver door back on, its a bad fit have adjusted it about 15 times now but still not a neat fit, is this usual on a wedge? HELP

It's a two person job.....

Slide door skin back..adust for space at lower edge of door tighten lower bolt.
Slide door skin back to check. Then repeat for top.
You should get pretty close first attempt.
Remember to re-adjust window height.

If you really can't get lined it up then you may need new bushings, but I thought that would be apparent. (play in the hinge)

A Trolley Jack and a piece of wood will come in handy for supporting the door.

Thanks chaps, have replaced the bushes but the hing bolt hole had gone oval, have sorted this, but still dont look right.

When the back of the door ok the front catches, will keep trying
