I fking hate them.

Cannot stand watching them, bunch of pansyfied overacting load of tripe, "Oh Mr Darcy, what a huge dick you have"

Is it me, or am I right? It's just for women and gay men (I have a gay friend so dont shoot me)(although I dont talk to him as he tried to touch me up when he was "half asleep" yer right.)


Load of tosh who all deserve to be burnt in hell?

They're not my cup of tea. Someone must lap them up like free cocaine though, as the BBC keeps churning them out. Lark Rise to Candleyawn, Little Dorrit etc. I don't watch them so they don't annoy me, but they do seem to love them.

You might prefer The Tudors, which is appears to be pretty stupid but has smatterings of soft porn hither and thither.

I have an irrational hatred of them too. Even really good ones like Atonement I get angry watching.
ANd I get angry at my wife for liking them.
Its not her fault as such- there is something slightly mentally disabled I assume- but nevertheless it annoys me.They all have such st storylines and lack of- well lack of anything whatsoever.
st dialogue, st stories, st suspense, st predictable endings. They are just st.

I noticed the grocer's apostrophe but left it for the grammar

I only watch them when they have some decent eye candy in them

Pride and Prejudice with Colin Firth kinda does it for me

And all the James Macavoy (sp?) ones too, Atonement & Becoming Jane I think, shame he is so short
