Hi, i have a query that thought id put to the ph massive.
I have just been given (lucky me) a second gen Itouch as a gift. When plugging into my Bose Ipod dock it will not charge. I have been informed this is sue to a change in the way new ipods (touch and nano) charge (USB not firewire.)
Bose have said that for £70 they can rewire the dock to charge the new ipod, but this seems a little expensive for me. Does anyone know if there is adapter i can purchase from somewhere, of another fix that will help my problem.
(p.s i dont want to any rewiring done by anyone other then bose, as these units have a lifetime warranty which i would like to keep!)
Thanks in advance,
James
