As Simon alludes to, you'd need some tyre fitter to apply enough force to move the suspension about to alter the geometry. After all, you most likely drive over bumpy roads all day (I do, the roads round here are bad enough to buckle one of my front wheels...) and the clattering shouldn't change the geometry. Big pothole impacts, however, can alter the geometry.
Biggest change will be tyre size and profile... if you swap for different diameter tyres then the geometry will be affected (I think - could be wrong, Simon will correct me). Potentially changing from heavily worn trackday rubber with 2 mm of tread left for winter tyres with 25 mm of tread could also have an effect, though you're going to feel the tyre difference more than the geo, IMO. But I'm no engineer.
