spare parts at the Nurburgring
Discussion
Why don't you simply take some spares with you - then if you don't need them you can sell them for an extorionate profit to someone who does.
We were there last year when someone came over asking if we had pads for a Golf GTI as he'd forgotten to change them before he came and they were 'well gone' just from the trip over (we were in an M5 and a Skyline).
There are a few dealerships around, but they won't be open on Sundays and they're unlikely to have the part in stock anyway.
There are also a few garages - http://www.nurburgring.org.uk/repairs/index.html

If you get stuck out there, just ask in the pistenklause.
They are fairly used to having to fix up cars in that area!
Jaco Velders has a great workshop & can get just about anytthing done to a car out there. RSR nurburg will also be able to help.
There are at least 5 garages that I know of within 5 minutes of Nurburg that would help you out. You may be able to get the job done cheaper back home but the convenience factor out there is great.
I have never met anyone around there that wouldn;t go out of their way to help a brit.
In summary, don't worry about it! Just ask around if the worst happens.
