the gaffers sorry he has to "let you go" FFS whats the matter
with your fired , bagged , sacked, just good old, your not up to
the job.its a tough world but st happens, anymore annoying terminology.

We have two levels of doing this (in addition to fired for gross misconduct - the guy running a porn site from his office!):

ETL - encouraged to leave - we have a little chat and suggest that it really might be best if you were to find another job within the next three months.

Redundancy - consultation with large groups, formal, pain in the bum.
