You lift them weights, just make sure your pumping in over 15psi when you next go Mr Jez!! We WANT 200mph outta a Ro and from the sounds of it yours may be the best suited to doing it this year if you ignore all the dyno queen activity lately.
What about Harry's TT yellow one that not broke 200 yet?

Does that mean you've tried, Harry?
no. the only chance we ever had was when mapping at Brunters last year, and the rain caught up with us before we could have a crack at it. Weather and cars on Brunters runway have stopped me ever since.I hear though that Woodbridge is plenty long enough and has no cars on it. Might have to give it a go there in the interim

Got my fingers crossed for you Harry, I have no doubt you`ll come out on top having been in your beast.
200 is a difficult figure to reach even given enough space (say the Autobahns)
To achieve it in the confined space of a runway takes some real doing, even the real hot cars such as Ford GT`s are still only managing low 190`s so its all far from a done deal.
Take a look at the speeds on Vmax... I thnk the only 2 cars to better the double ton were both highly modified Porsches which cost well in excess of £200k.
So this year is gunna be mighty interesting, its good this forum can field 2 cars that can have a shot at it, IMO
it can do the marque no harm as I think we are viewed as a little `low cost` by some

Yeh I appreciate that to actually achieve that figure in a confined enviroment won't be easy. The other thing I was thinking is are there any four seaters that have actually done that? Maybe the new Bentley Continental or one of the AMG gang. Still us HSV boys can mix it with anyone! The Conti won`t do it, I expect it`ll be a modded M6 or a derestricted Merc Black....
