Restaurants St Albans?

Any good reccomendations for restaurants in St Albans?

The only criteria is no Thai food and it has to be in the city centre..

There is a good curry house at the top of the high street next to the roundabout (i'm not local just worked there for 6 months)

I went to nice place in a shopping precinct that had piano etc . . its just off the main street to the right (if you were looking at the roundabout from before) about 1/2 way down.

Darcy's is excellent. I've eaten there many times.

Top of the High Street just off to the left if you are coming in from the North.
