"Thousands of Sky+ HD customers are to have their boxes replaced after a fault was discovered by manufacturer Pace. Ninety-thousand people, about one in 10 HD customers, will be affected..."

I have a Thomson box so not affected, but what would they do with any programs you have recorded? I guess you'd lose them which would be rather annoying.

What a pain in the bum. Mt HD box is a Thomson I think. Touch wood been OK so far in 18 months. No mean feat given the hammer that SWMBO gives it.

I've got one of the affected... Well, one of the codes listed. Box has been trouble free, but is it worth the risk?
