Looking to sort some airpory parking at stanstead and found a company called meteor, who offer a meet and greet service to save the hassle of bussing from cark parks with my skiing gear. Just wondered if anyone here had used them and what their thoughts were ?
Used similar service at Gatwick and it was a really bad service. Not enough staff,not polite etc waited 40 mins to get the car picked up which meant driving around waiting. Did complain and got a 80% refund.
I tried once and they got the booking wrong and the guy thought I was flying from Heathrow. Had to pay £45 a day in the short term car park nearby and then claim it back off them upon return.
Wasn't best pleased as we'd left the timing for the flight down to the wire.
