After a lot of soul searching we feel the time has come to move on and would like to hear of Independant servicing costs and running bills, also Apache is going to appear in the classifieds soon (if running a Tuscan doesn't break the bank)

The power increase fix didn't last long

Why don't you enjoy the benefits of all that work for a while longer as I doubt someone else will pay for it?

Apache,

Why are you thinking of trading in the Griff ? I went for a Tuscan as I love the looks of the car - its just so beautiful, however it does not have that awesome V8 rumble. Be sure you know why you are doing it !

As far as servicing costs are concerned, I don't really know yet as I have only had mine 5 months however I (now) know that I could have saved a couple of hundred quid by going to Peninsular for a 12k service.

As far as mpg goes it seems to be better than my 4l Chim and is about 22 mpg, mostly on small A & B roads.

I think it's just an admission that we are ready to move on, we both love the sound, looks and performance of the Griff and will miss it loads, but, the Tuscan has such presence and allure. Let's just see if the figures add up first

Picked up our Tunscan yesterday from Fernhurst after moving on from a Griff 500. Although it was wet today we still went out (For 5 hours !!) and I love it !! It's completely different but I do notice five years more development on TVR's part.
I'll miss the Griff, but not for long.

Fair play to you Peter, I know you have been hankering with the idea of Getting a Tuscan for a while now was it after a test drive at TMS.
Its a hard decession to make but If you deal sell up I am sure you will sell the Apache Quickly, its a well sorted car.

All the best
