Diamond Cartier Watch

I have mistakenly bought my wife a Cartier panthere with full diamond bezel, one row gold and steel strap that I need to now sell, what are the best options. I bought it at a jewellery auction and don't fancy reselling this way because of the heavy commissions.

Any ideas on where is best to sell a watch like this?

Part ex it towards another watch?

Go round the local jewellers and see if any of them are interested in it?

what's the mistake?? Ladies cartier are highly regarded in the "business" as far as I am aware.

Yes you pay a fair bit for the name but the movements are pretty good for the cash.
