I need some advise and cant be bothered with NHS direct who will only say to go to the urget treatment centre with a toddler who is a asleep quite hapy at the mo

Have you rung your out of hours service? Mine are much more discerning that NHS "ooh, his skin is pink, better bring him in" Direct

First what is the 'problem'?

Second if you are that worried get down to A & E.
