Ex Girlfriend. When do you become friends again?
Discussion
I split up with my girlfriend about seven months ago, after a 2 year relationship.
We split up on good terms, but did not keep in touch, as it was quite painful at the time.
I have been single since, but have had a few flings, and ONSs.
When I was out in my car yesterday, she was driving in the opposite direction and flashed her lights and waved at me.
Do I make contact again, or stay well away?

Not necessarily, still friends with most of my exes and still get 'the urge' with some of them.
makes me kick myself for 'letting them go' though
Can't think of any of mine that I would actually want to revisit - although a vengeance shag wouldn't go amiss in one or two cases.makes me kick myself for 'letting them go' though

I'd say once you have both fully moved on and see each other as only 'good friends', bearing in mind there was a reason why you split in the first place, then yes. I think 6 months is usually enough to clear the air, although for me (Last relationship was 3.5years) it was less ...
However if you become friends it might be interesting to see how your new OH reacts?
