First a Dutch politician, now Pastor Phelps - an abhorrent individual in every respect. But how come these are banned, yet Abu Hamza, Qutada and numerous other extremists are tolerated for years? Indeed, some politicians have even invited muslim extremists in to the country to speak at events and feted them at every opportunity...
