Waxoyl

I have just bought some Waxoyl, clear, It says you can spray it on the engine...i was going to cover the whole car including engine, well not all the car, everything metal....any ideas

..its a mixture of Beeswax and White spirit isnt it..? therefore I can't see much merit in spraying it on the engine,, it would just run off when it gets hot..

On the engine? Under the car

You can use it on the paintwork, works just like normal wax. I wouldn't bother with the whole engine, but it will work as a sealant against damp around the dizzy/coil etc. Engine dirt gets stuck to it over time making it look messy though.
