There´s a tought, how long does it really take? I must be individual thing, but still. How can you make yourself feel better, when it is eating you inside?

When you believe in your heart everything is ok, but suddenly it´s not. The drama of being let down is something you dont want to face.

I've got this theory that you never do, it's just something you get used to untill you stop noticing it and it kind of becomes a part of who you are.

Bit of a serious answer there, bit of a buzz-kill sorry but hay - you'll get over it.

Just hang in there GSGirl - Time heals all. I know you dont want to hear this but in a few months you will be fine, in a year you will be great and in a year and a half it will be like you never knew the person, it was all just a dream.

The hardest thing about breaking up is leaving that ME and YOU state of mind and in the beginning you dont know what to do with yourself. Shall you go out? No, then you will feel guilty without the OH. Etc etc etc....

In time, a few months you will regain your sense of YOURSELF again and what it means to be YOU only.
