The things people try and pull!!

Still in the middle of trying to sell my car at the mo. Now we are getting into the year I seem to be getting some interest. However, one guy who showed an interest has tried telling me that there are M400's for 20k

I was quite polite in my reply but wanted to know where he had found them so I could get one myself!!!!!!!!!

What a plonker!! I don't think he's heard of the internet before, lol.

Anyway, had a very reasonable offer and the poss sale was meant to be tomorrow, however he's had to re arrange to next week due to work commitments. Oh well at least that means I've got something to play in at the weekend!! Fingers crossed that nothing else comes up next week.

In the mean time got a couple of other people showing a keen interest, although one seems very suspect as he offered £500 more than the guy that was meant to be coming tomorrow. He was insistent that he viewed the car first and would buy it without looking at the car. Very suspect, as the call was made from a withheld number and he reckoned he was a trader. Hmm, if that were true he wouldn't be offering that sort of money.

Yeah, seen this before and have had to deal with quite a few fraud cases at the beginning of my career!!!
